Just By Love
now enables you to declare your burning love in the grandest way
imaginable by creating the perfect moment for you to give your partner
the surprise of his/her life!
Are
the Surprises personalized?
All of our
Surprises are personalized so that your partner will be under the
impression that you've conceived and organized the surprise all by
yourself. The Surprise that you select
will seem like the next
natural step in your relationship as it is structured around your very
own declaration - your personal message that you'll have entrusted us
to deliver to your partner.
What
is the
geographical area where Just By Love Surprise's are
available?
You must live or
be staying
in Miami-Fort Lauderdale area (Florida).
How
many
people can share the Surprise with me?
Our Surprises
are uniquely designed for couples. They are to be thus intimately and
romantically shared between you and your partner.
Are the Surprises
available all year round?
Yes, but Surprises are subject to
the availability of our service providers
and weather conditions. If you wish to check out the available dates
for your Surprise, click on the
Contact button at the left
of this page and tell us the date expected.
What is the
minimum time delay required between the date of purchase and that of
the Surprise?
The average delay
is two to three weeks. If it is not
possible to directly order the Surprise, simply email
your desired
date to us and we'll let you know its availability within 24 hours.
How
do I
keep the surprise a secret right up until the last minute?
Please make sure
that all of the email addresses that you supply when making your order
are not known to or accessed by your partner.

do I
make an order?
The surprise of

What types
of payment do you accept?
We accept Bank
Wire Transfert (US or international) or US checks.
Will my
personal details be secure?
We will never
give your informations to a third party other
than those who are involved in organizing your Surprise.
Once I have
ordered a Surprise, what will I receive as proof of purchase?
Once you have
successfully placed your order, Just By Love will send you an
email
which will serve as your proof of reservation, while you will also
receive
a separate email from us confirming the receipt of your
bank or check payment.
What
happens if the Surprise is cancelled due to bad weather conditions?
For obvious
security reasons, we may sometimes be obliged to cancel a Surprise
due to bad weather (Hurricane season,...). If the Surprise is
cancelled in this event, you may choose between receiving a partial
refund for the Surprise or choosing
another date.
How can I
contact you if I need to during the Surprise?
While each and
every Surprise has been
thoroughly thought out and rigorously tried
and tested, you may contact us in the event of an unforeseen problem by
calling the number that will be given to you when you receive
confirmation of your order.
